AHB Company Setup (part of AHB International Group) is a UAE company formation consultancy based at Office 1502, Al Khaleej Al Tejari 2 St, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
2. What we collect
When you submit a form, request a quote or message us, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and any details you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and advise on your company setup.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to contact you, prepare proposals and deliver setup services. We do not sell your data. We may share it with UAE government authorities, free zone authorities and banking partners strictly as required to deliver the service you request.
4. Data retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet UAE regulatory and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@companyprocess.ae.
